1. What is the ordering process? You can now add items to the shopping cart and follow the instructions from there. Or, you can always email me an order and I can walk you through the process.
2. How are online payments processed? All orders placed on meganleedesigns.com are managed and collected securely by Mal's E-Commerce and Propay. We DO NOT keep any credit card information on file. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days from the purchase date. All Domestic orders are sent via USPS with delivery confirmation which ships in 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time for international orders. Shipping costs are built into the cost of the item so the price you see is your final price! Sure - just email me with your request and I will let you know if its possible. I have worked with many people in the past on custom purses, messenger bags, even custom sockdogs to look like a real dog! If you are unhappy with any of your purchaces, return the item in perfect condition within 5 days for a refund (less shipping costs). If you ever have troubles with any item I will gladly fix the item for free. All of my stenciled tees are American Apparel brand (sweatshop-free). American Apparel's garments are also very soft, and have a youthful fit. You may want to order a size larger than you normally wear if you don't like tight shirts. Please wash inside-out on warm or cool and tumble-dry as usual. For appliqued clothing I suggest the gentle cycle and line drying for the longest life. American Apparel tees tend to run a little small so it's important to check the size chart to make sure you're getting the best fit. 9. Can I buy your items in stores? Yes!
